TITLE: Adult Introductory Skating (14-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: (14-Adult) This class, for students who have never skated before, develops preliminary coordination and strength necessary for ice skating. Students learn basic skills such as falling safely, sitting on the ice and standing up, marching in place, marching forward across the ice, marching then gliding on two feet, forward two-foot glide, dip in place, forward swizzles, backward wiggles, beginning snowplow stop on two feet or one foot and other skills geared toward balance, movement and coordination.
