DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim 25 yards continuously. An excellent full body workout that is more intense than the Deep Water Exercise class. This class is for the experienced deep water exerciser looking for a more challenging workout.

Try this high-energy, cardio-intensive class that uses water resistance to give you maximum fitness benefit. This program is for the experienced water aerobic student who wants a more intense workout and for anyone who wants to cross-train or enhance overall fitness.

TITLE: Aqua Fit and Tone (13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: This is a low-impact and low-intensity workout taught in shallow water. You will increase muscular endurance while you tone muscles and improve flexibility.

TITLE: Arthritis Deep Water Exercise (13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim at least 25 yards continuously. Deep water exercise can increase muscle strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Exercises also will provide a challenge for alignment and posture, balance and coordinated movement. All students will wear a flotation device.

TITLE: Arthritis Water Exercise (13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: Shallow water exercises using water's buoyancy and resistance will help improve your overall range of motion, joint mobility and muscle strength. While this class is designed for students with arthritis, it is open to those who have other physical limitations.

DESCRIPTION: Looking for a high energy/intensity workout? Want to challenge yourself? Join this fun and challenging class that will help improve your cardiovascular endurance, tone and strengthen your body. We recommend that students wear water shoes.

TITLE: Deep Water Boot Camp (13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim 25 yards continuously. This is a new high energy/intensity exercise program for people looking for a change or to supplement their regular exercise regime. Join us for a cross training program for active runners, beginning runners, or anyone striving to give themselves a challenging deep water workout. Buoyancy belts will be worn and most exercises will be vertical. Participants who are motivated to improve your cardiovascular endurance and use different muscle groups, this is the class for you.

DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim 25 yards continuously. Take the plunge for a workout that is no impact! Use Pilates moves in the deep water to help you increase your range of motion, challenge and strengthen core stability and control and build abdominal and back strength, flexibility and muscle tone.

TITLE: Deep Water Jogging
DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim 25 yards continuously. Get your feet wet and come run in the deep end of the pool for a high intensity cadence training. Participants will enjoy all the cardiovascular benefits of running on land without the impact. In addition, the water resistance helps to increase muscle tone and strength.

TITLE: Power Finning (13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: Prerequisite: Students must be able to swim 25 yards continuously. Treat yourself to this unique workout designed to enhance cardiovascular fitness while strengthening and toning muscles. Students need to provide their own fins for a challenging workout utilizing fins, kickboards and float belts. Class is held in the deep end of the pool.

TITLE: Shallow/Deep Water Ex Combo(13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: Are you interested in a little variety? Try the ultimate in aquatic aerobic exercise! You'll use resistance equipment and floatation devices throughout the class.

TITLE: Surf & Turf (13-Adult)
DESCRIPTION: Challenge yourself with this cardiovascular and a basic mat workout in a non-competitive environment. The mat workout program develops functional strength for back and abdominal muscles. Students need to provide their own fins for a unique and fun workout using kickboards, fins and medicine balls. Class is held in the deep end of the pool. Prerequisite: students must be able to swim a minimum of 25 yards.

TITLE: Water Walking & Balancing Act
DESCRIPTION: This class is designed to improve muscle tone and balance for everyday living. Ideal for those who want the effects of walking without adding stress to muscles and joints. Instructors will guide participants through various types of walking and exercises to improve muscle tone, balance and prevent falls.
