Riverbend's meadow was once farmland. Journey back in time and enjoy children's activities from the 1900's and visit the corn crib. Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. An adult must be on the wagon with the child. Every person on the wagon must register and pay the program fee.

Drop off your kids at camp and join us for fun and fitness in the outdoors. We will spend our days hiking, kayaking, canoeing, fishing and enjoying other outdoor recreation activities. This fun and casual program is for beginners and experienced outdoor enthusiasts. No prior experience necessary. You may sign up for full day (9:30-2:30) or half day (9:30-11:30). Program runs Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Children must be accompanied by a registered adult. Enjoy a family night in the park with a campfire and night hike. Bring your camping gear, toasting sticks, and a dinner to cook on toasting sticks over the campfire. Campfire, smores and light breakfast provided. Cancelled if rain. Reservations required one week before program. Please note program ends at 9am Saturday morning.

Participants will receive introductory training in the skills and ethics of Leave No Trace outdoor skills and ethics program, which is applicable to all outdoor enthusiasts and all environments. Workshop topics include the underlying concept of minimum impact recreation and the seven principles of Leave No Trace. Please bring camping gear for an over night campout. Tents are NOT provided. Breakfast will be provided in the morning.
